The AN/PEQ-7 Multi-Aiming Device (MAD) P/N 15202G00 has 3 selectable lasers for different missions.  The Laser Module can be used as a standalone unit, or mounted to the Grip Module as a system. It emits three selectable lasers, provides a programmable LCD interface, and can be operated on the Grip Module or mounted directly to the MIL–STD-1913 rail of a weapon. A Remote Pressure Pad plugs into the Laser Module, and can be ergonomically positioned for operator comfort. Integrated lighting options allow for either visible or covert operation.

The Visible Red Aiming Laser and Flashlight Illuminator provide ambient targeting and illumination capabilities.

The Infrared Aiming Laser and adjustable Flood/Spot provide nighttime targeting and illumination capabilities.  These options are not visible to the naked eye, and can be seen only by night vision devices.
